Laprise Farms has just announced that they will MATCH all donations made by farmers and Ag businesses to the 2009 Bushels of Hope Campaign to a maximum of $10,000.

Every one dollar gift can now be two!!!

The end of the year is only a few short weeks away and with the generous announcement from Laprise Farms there is a renewed urgency to get your pledge in to take full advantage of this match and give recognition to the ag community!. You can feel good knowing that your donation will help over 35,000 people right here in Chatham-Kent. That could be your family, friends, neighbours – maybe even you!

Don’t let this offer slip away! Giving is as easy as:

(1) Mailing in cheque payable to United Way of Chatham-Kent
(2) Calling the United Way office with your credit card contribution
(3) Visiting your local grain elevator and pledging bushels (remember: The Bushels of Hope opportunity is not limited to donating at the elevator – it is simply an additional opportunity for our rural friends)
(4) Go online to the website (www.unitedway.chatham-kent.on.ca click on the “Thank you Donate Online” button at the top – enter in comment field “Bushels of Hope”).
